How to Play

Change one letter per row to transform the start word into the goal word. Every filled row should be a real word.

Hints, Undo, and Reset

Use Hint when you are stuck, Undo to step back, or Reset to clear the ladder and try a different path.

Purchases and Restore

Optional packs are App Store in-app purchases. Use Restore Purchases in Settings if a pack you bought is not unlocked.

Before You Email

Restart the app and check the pack again.
Open Settings in Word Ladder Daily and tap Restore Purchases.
Confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
If a puzzle word seems wrong, include the pack name, level number, and the words you entered when contacting support.

Include These Details

Device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, pack name, level number, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful for layout, purchase, or puzzle-entry issues.
